It's My Birthday!!

HIP - HIP - HOORAY!!

Its my birthday today, not a significant one, but almost time to start counting backwards!
Anyway I got a POLAR HRM watch.....it's white and I love it!
Just have to work out how to use it LOL

On a sadder note, I think my husband has a Mud Cake for me 
(and not the dirt kind!)
....Oh Dear :(
Lucky its not week 1 I suppose!

    Thanks Casey. I think for this program the HRM are a good investment, you want to make sure the work your putting in is effective and not a waste of time :)
